The Live Virtual Training assumes that

• The FS Pro for Word software is
  • pre-installed on individual computers, not on a Citrix or Windows Terminal server
  • not installed on a Mac
• The computer of the participant has a soundcard and a microphone, and
• The address and email address of the participant does not change after registration.

IM may cancel the training up to 10 business days before the scheduled start date.

Rights of the participant

In case IM cancels the training, participants may

• Ask a 100% refund of the training fee, or
• Reschedule their participation free of charge to another live virtual public training

Participants may choose to cancel or reschedule the live virtual training free of charge subject to the terms listed below:

• Participants may cancel or reschedule the course up to 10 business days before the start of the live virtual training, and
• Participants must provide their notice of cancellation or rescheduling to IM in writing to info@informationmapping.com

Refund course materials

IM will not refund the training materials.

The terms listed below apply to the participants, Method, and materials covered under this price quote.

• The participant acknowledges that the Method, manuals, handbooks, quick reference cards, software, and all derivative works are protected under various Intellectual Property (IP) laws and under copyrighted works. Further information about our IP can be found at www.informationmapping.com.
• Information Mapping International NV is the owner of the registered service mark “Information Mapping®” and the registered trademarks “Info-Map®” and “Formatting Solutions®.” Information Mapping, Inc. service marks and trademarks may be used only to describe Information Mapping, Inc.’s services and products.
• The participant agrees not to make any unauthorized copies of Information Mapping International NV’s copyrighted materials.
• The participant acknowledges that training can only be delivered by official partners of Information Mapping International NV.
